Deposits & payment

A non-refundable booking fee is always required to confirm a date. Dates are not booked without a deposit.

Rescheduling requires a minimum of 4 days’ notice. If you fail to show up, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

The remaining balance is paid on the day by cash, bank transfer or card.

Age

You must be 18 or over to be tattooed. This is a legal requirement in the UK and we may ask for photo ID.

The design process

Drawings are not sent before the appointment. You will see your design on the day of your session, when small adjustments can be made.

Any major redraw (a change of mind) will require a new booking fee.

Before your session

For the best results and your comfort, get a good night’s sleep and eat a full meal before arriving. Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand. Please come to your appointment alone.
