Who we are

What we collect

We do not run contact forms or accounts on this website, so we do not collect personal data directly through it.

When you get in touch by WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email, we receive whatever you choose to send us (your name, contact details, tattoo idea and any reference or placement photos). We use this only to answer you and to plan and carry out your tattoo.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not set its own tracking cookies. The contact page shows an embedded Google Map, and Google may set cookies when it loads. The map is only loaded after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (or “Show map” on the contact page).

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across other websites.

Messaging links take you to WhatsApp, Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and your email app, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep your information

We keep booking messages and reference photos for as long as needed to provide your tattoo and to meet aftercare, insurance and legal requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
